The Carolinas Hockey League is organized to provide a structured framework for competitive amateur hockey and to promote the development of amateur hockey in the Carolinas and southern Virginia.  The member associations will foster the development of hockey skills among member players and encourage character development of their players by promoting the ideals of sportsmanship, fair play, teamwork, and sacrifice through the medium of competitive hockey
